JAMMU: Dr Sunil Gupta, the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) for the Jammu-Samba-Kathua (JSK) Range, surprised everyone on Saturday by visiting Police Post (PP) Parade. He stressed the importance of keeping a complaint register up to date and promptly resolving public issues. The DIG JSK Range instructed the in-charge Police Post to keep the area around the Police Post clean while simultaneously working to successfully reduce the threat of drug smuggling, vehicle theft, chain snatching, and city congestion through anti-encroachment drives. The establishment of a Cyber Cell at Police Post Parade has also been mandated for Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Jammu.
