New Delhi, Jun 25: According to the Union Health Ministry data updated on Sunday, India has logged 80 new coronavirus infections, while the active cases have climbed to 1,670 from 1,653.5,31,903 deaths were reported, figures updated at 8 am.
The total for the Covid case was 4.49 crore (4,49,93,952).
The website of the health ministry reports that the national COVID-19 recovery rate is 98.81%.
4,44,60,379 persons have recovered from the illness, bringing the case mortality rate down to 1.18 percent.According to the ministry’s website, as part of the ongoing national vaccination programme, Covid vaccination has already been given to the country in doses totaling 220.66 crore.
