The Chief Secretary asked the group of Administrative Secretaries and senior police officers present at the meeting what they thought should be done to commemorate this day. He put a strong emphasis on the Departments to get ready to highlight all the good things that have happened throughout the last four years since J&K became a part of UT.Dr. Mehta noted that the administration has carried out a number of extensive social programmes and reforms over the years, allowing J&K to significantly improve its services and infrastructure. He said that since people are the ones who would ultimately benefit, they should include regular people and PRI representatives in these festivities. According to him, there have been significant developments in the infrastructure, social, economic, and other spheres that require communication.He requested that they urge members of the public to share footage of any changes they have seen during this time, and that they give prizes to those who provide insightful criticism. He stated that in order to make appropriate actions in the future, people's opinions about the shift should be valued and documented. Dr. Mehta requested that the IT Department hold contests for the general public to enter on the "MyGov" portal. Additionally, he gave the Culture Department instructions to host cultural events around the University of Utah on this special day, allowing everyone to showcase their artistic abilities. Dr. Mehta also emphasised the importance of emphasising the openness with which hiring decisions have been handled in recent years.By all means, he said, the UT has done a far superior job of administering its citizens' affairs without prejudice or corruption. He suggested that each Department create a written account of its accomplishments as well as a film showcasing them. He requested that they make all of the advancements, modifications, and reforms that have occurred since 2019 available to the public. He instructed them to work with the Information Department to reach out to individuals in a way that best suits them. He made it clear to the RDDs and ULBs that they should publish department-specific compendiums and concentrate on the development scenario of Panchayats and Wards as told by the people living in them. It was also reported that the Departments commemorate the rich history and legacy of the University of Texas while emphasising unity. Students requested that the School Education Department host cultural activities including debates, painting competitions, art and photography exhibitions, and quizzes with prizes for the winners.
