Police Attaches Property Of Drug Peddler Under NDPS Act In Kulgam

SRINAGAR, Jan 30: In the Kulgam area of Jammu and Kashmir, police on Tuesday used the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act to seize the belongings of a well-known drug dealer. According to police, Section 68-F (2) of the NDPS Act 1985 applied to an under-construction home on land Shamilat (4) bearing survey No. 220 belonging to a well-known drug dealer identified as Aijaz Ahmad Ganie, a resident of Gadihama, Kulgam. It was discovered during the Kulgam Police's investigation and inquiry that the property had been obtained illegally.The owner initially obtained the property through the illegal trafficking of psychotropic and narcotic narcotics.
