NEW DELHI, Jan 9: The health ministry reported on Tuesday that there were 475 new instances of Covid in India, bringing the total number of active cases to 3,919. The ministry's statistics updated at 8 am shows that six deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours, three from Karnataka, two from Chhattisgarh, and one from Assam.
