NEW DELHI: India’s 7.7% GDP growth in the first half of the current fiscal year, according to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday, is a result of the nation’s improving economy and the revolutionary changes implemented over the previous ten years. Speaking via video link to the ‘Infinity Forum 2.0′ conference at the Gujarat International Finance Technology (GIFT) City, Modi stated that his government aims to establish the GIFT City as a global hub for cutting-edge financial and technology services. India has seen a 7.7% growth in its GDP in the first half of this fiscal year.India is now the focus of the entire world, but this did not happen by accident.Modi stated in his inaugural speech that “this is a reflection of India’s strengthening economy as well as the transformative reforms carried out in the last 10 years.” The PM stated that the GIFT International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) is emerging as the hub of one of the world’s fastest-growing fintech markets, which is currently India. He invited specialists to contribute their thoughts on creating a green credit market mechanism. On this momentous occasion, Prime Minister Modi expressed his congratulations to the people of Gujarat for their traditional Garba dance’s inclusion in UNESCO’s “Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.”
