JAMMU: Mohan Bhagwat, the leader of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, will begin a three-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir on October 13, the organisation announced on Tuesday. According to the statement, Bhagwat’s trip to the Union territory coincides with a nationwide tour by RSS leaders to assess the organization’s operations. According to the announcement, the RSS head will preside over a workers conference on October 14 to examine how the group is operating in the Union area and the social upliftment initiatives it is pursuing. The following day, he will preside over a coordination meeting and speak to a group of volunteers in the Kathua district, according to the statement, which also noted that the RSS will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2025 and that progress towards its growth goal will be discussed during Bhagwat’s trip.
