RAJOURI: Commander Naushera (Nowshera) Brigade, on behalf of White Knight Corps, Tuesday felicitated Bhavna Kesar, who became first woman judge from Rajouri, for her marvellous achievement and her parents. “On the glorious morning of April 3, 2024, the border town of Nowshera woke up to the wonderful news of local girl, Bhavana Kesar clearing the J&K Civil Service (Judicial) examination conducted by JKPSC. She made the people of Nowshera and J&K proud by becoming the first woman to clear the exam and became first woman Civil Judge (Junior division) from Rajouri,” PRO Defence Lt Col Suneel Bartwal said. “Bhavna Kesar is a gleaming example of grit, determination and perseverance for the young girls and future of Nowshera. She is a daughter of Naresh Kesar, a hardworking tailor and doting home-maker mother, who are not able to contain their happiness and are the support system of their daughter’s success,” he said.
