INC Kargil Submits No Confidence Motion

Kargil, May 14: The Councillors of Indian National Congress Kargil on Thursday submitted a no confidence motion to CEO, LAHDC Kargil, Rakesh Kumar, over administrative functioning and seeking necessary action under the provisions of the LAHDC Act.
The delegation urged that the matter be processed in accordance with the legal framework and democratic procedures laid down in the LAHDC Act.
CEO, LAHDC Kargil, Rakesh Kumar, while responding to the development, assured the delegation that the matter would be processed strictly as per the provisions of the LAHDC Act and applicable rules.
