Congress Says Union Of States ‘Under Assault’ In Modi Govt, Cites ‘President Of Bharat’ In G20 Dinner Invite

New Delhi, Sep 5: The Congress claimed on Tuesday that the Modi administration is undermining the “Union of States” since the President is referred to as “President of Bharat” on G20 dinner invitation. “So the report is accurate. Instead of the customary President of India,” Rashtrapati Bhawan has sent out invitations for G20 luncheon on September 9th in the name of “President of Bharat,” according to post by Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh on X. “Now, the Constitution’s Article can be translated to read: Bharatwhich was India, shall be Union of States.” Ramesh claimed that even the “Union of States” is currently under attack.On September 9 and 10, the G20 Summit will be place in the nation’s capital under the auspices of India, and it will be attended by a number of world leaders, including US Vice President Joe Biden.
Ramesh wrote in another post, “Mr. Modi can keep distorting history and dividing India, which is Bharat, which is a Union of States. But we won’t let that stop us.After all, what do INDIA parties want to accomplish? Bring Harmony, Amity, Reconciliation, and Trust is what BHARAT stands for. “Judega BHARAT Jeetega India!”
