NEW DELHI: Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar will travel to Jammu and Kashmir on January 4th, when he will be the chief guest at the university’s eighth convocation, Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST). A government handout issued today stated, “During his one-day tour, Shri Dhankhar will be the Chief Guest at the 8th Convocation of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST), Jammu.” Vice-President Dhankhar will preside over both the convocation ceremony and the opening of the Biotech Startup Expo in Kathua.
