NEW DELHI: Because of unfavourable weather, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will not be attending the Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology’s convocation on Thursday, according to officials. According to them, the vice president is on his way to Kathua to open the Biotech Startup Expo at the Biotech Park, which is located in the area near the international border. “The landing in Jammu was not possible because of unfavourable weather and low visibility. As a result, the vice president will be unable to attend Sher-e-Kashmir University’s convocation in Jammu, according to an official. “He is heading directly to the other event in Jammu and Kashmir to inaugurate the Biotech Startup Expo at Biotech Park in Kathua,” he stated.
