Balaji Temple In Jammu To Open Its Doors For Devotees Today

JAMMU: On Thursday,Tirupati Balaji Temple, located amidst the scenic Shivalik forests in Majeen in J&K, is set to open its doors for devotees. LG Sinha will inaugurate the temple of Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy. The temple, which is being constructed on a 62-acre plot of land, is slated to grow to be one of the biggest in the Jammu area and is anticipated to increase pilgrimage and religious tourism in the Union territory. The Tirupati Balaji Temple is the sixth Balaji temple built outside of Andhra Pradesh and is reported to have cost Rs 30 crore.Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) constructed the additional five Balaji temples, which are located in Hyderabad, Chennai, Kanyakumari, Delhi, and Bhubaneswar. On Thursday, Manoj Sinha, the lieutenant governor of Jammu and Kashmir, will dedicate the Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple in Majeen, which is on the outskirts of Jammu. TTD Chairman YV Subba Reddy had earlier stated, “The temple will be inaugurated on June and will be thrown open for the devotees free of charge.”Reddy added that the Mata Vaishno Devi Temple is located in Katra, which is on the highway between Jammu and Katra. Additionally, he mentioned that before the shrine was opened to pilgrims, mandatory ceremonies had begun on June 3. After visiting the temple in Jammu, Reddy declared, “Any technique and practise being used in Tirumala will also be used here.In a sacred location, the TTD constructed the Tirupati Balaji Temple.
