These accusations made against me are entirely untrue and fraudulent. They are 1% true, at most. I’m ready to assist the UP Police. The Uttar Pradesh forest department and Noida police busted the group for allegedly providing snake venom at a rave party during a combined raid at Sector 51 Saffron Villa in Noida earlier. According to Uttar Pradesh police, “An FIR has been filed at Noida Sector 49 Police Station against six individuals, including Bigg Boss winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav, for selling snake venom at rave parties.” When they supplied the poison at parties, they used to get paid a substantial amount of money. In a raid, nine snakes were also saved.” Meanwhile, five people were taken into custody by the police from the banquet hall: Rahul, Titunath, Jayakaran, Narayan, and Ravinath. From the party location, five cobras, a red snake, a python, and two more snakes were found. “A YouTuber named Elvish Yadav provided snake venom and live snakes in Noida and created videos with other gang members/Youtubers in NCR farmhouse,” said the FIR, which is based on a complaint filed by People For Animals. They planned unlawful rave parties and shootings. They drank intoxicants and snake venom, and they frequently invited foreign girls.Rahul’s accomplice served as his representative.” According to the FIR, “Elisha Yadav was contacted by one of our informants, who requested that he plan the rave party and obtain Cobra Venom.” Elvish provided us with Rahul’s name, who we got in touch with. He claimed he could arrange the poisoning anywhere we desired. Then, carrying the Venom, he arrived at the Sector 51 Banquet Hall. After then, the DFO and the Noida police arrived at the location and took the organisers into custody.” The Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972’s sections 9, 39, 48A, 49, 50, and 51, as well as section 120-B of the IPC, were the legal bases for the FIR.“The forest department, police, and PFA conducted a joint raid in which five people have been arrested,” stated Parmod Kumar, District Forest Officer. There are recovered snakes. PFA had been keeping an eye on this situation for a while. The accused allegedly charged exorbitant fees for providing poison at gatherings, according to the police.
