JAMMU, Sept 7: The proposal to rename Udhampur Railway Station as “Martyr Captain Tushar Mahajan Railway Station” was made by Union Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), Dr. Jitendra Singh. Singh, who is also the Lok Sabha representative for Udhampur, wrote on X, “A communication to this effect has been sent to the UT Government of Jammu and Kashmir by the Government of India to formally issue the required gazette notification.”
