SRINAGAR: The SIA of J&K on Wednesday launched a second round of search raids in three districts of southern Kashmir, as part of an ongoing investigation into the killing of Bank ATM guard Sanjay Kumar Sharma.Since the event in February of this year, when Sharma was shot and killed by terrorists as he was on his way to a local market, the case, FIR No. 14/2023, has drawn attention. The SIA (K) increased its efforts to find key evidence and identify probable suspects engaged in the crime after an initial set of raids carried out last month at nine locations. The SIA detectives searched in Pulwama, Anantnag, and Shopian with the help of the CRPF.
