NOV 27, 2023 SRINAGAR: By the end of the month, the Meteorological Department has forecast light rain or snow in sporadic to fairly widespread locations in Kashmir. Partly cloudy weather is predicted for December 1 through December 5. Some parts of Kashmir saw a minor improvement in the minimum temperatures, even with the cloud cover. Over the next 24 hours, the weather is expected to stay mostly cloudy and dry, with some areas in the Kashmir division possibly experiencing light to moderate fog through November 28. Srinagar recorded a low of 0.0°C today, slightly higher than the previous night’s -1.0°C. With a low of -1.8°C, Pahalgam was still the coldest place; however, Qazigund, Kokerng, Kupwara, and Gulmarg also reported different temperatures from the night before.
