DODA: A wildlife department official said, A leopard was captured in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.According to the official, a trap was set about a month ago in distant Nalwah Ghat after residents there complained of regular leopard assaults on their livestock and movements into the community from a nearby forest. The locals were greatly relieved by the leopard’s captivity. According to the official, other leopards are wandering the region, hence the iron traps placed in the village have not been taken down.
