Rozgar Mela: PM says his government made recruitment exercise transparent
NEW DELHI: As he distributed over a lakh appointment letters on Monday as part of the Rozgar Mela programme, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that his government had made the recruitment process transparent and completed it within a set timeframe to ensure that every youth had an equal opportunity to showcase their capabilities. According to PM Modi, his administration has shortened the period of time between the application day and the final distribution of the employment letter. "In previous administrations, it used to take a long time to receive an appointment letter after submitting an application.Bribery using the interim periods was commonplace. The employment application procedure is now transparent thanks to the efforts of our administration, and we strive to finish it on time. Every young person now has an equal chance to show off their abilities thanks to this, PM Modi stated. The 'Rozgar Mela' was introduced by Prime Minister Modi on October 22, 2022, signalling the start of the drive to create 10 lakh government jobs. "The hiring procedure is now open to the public thanks to our government. We strive to complete the hiring process in a predetermined amount of time so that each candidate has an equal chance to demonstrate his skills," he stated. He claimed that since 2014, his government has worked to integrate young people and enable them to play a role in the development of the country."Every government official plays a crucial role in the Viksit Bharat path. We shall get new vitality from the one lakh new recruits who joined us today. Your efforts will be focused on nation-building regardless of the department you join," he stated. In comparison to the previous governments, he continued, his government created 1.5 times as many job chances in ten years. The Prime Minister also dedicated Phase I of the Integrated Complex "Karmayogi Bhavan" in New Delhi on Monday. This complex will encourage cooperation and coordination amongst Mission Karmayogi's several pillars."I am confident that this will strengthen our resolve to capacity building," PM Modi stated. Regarding the recent move by his government to install one crore rooftop solar panels, he stated that the impact on a family's financial status will be multifaceted. The government claims that rooftop solarization will provide up to 300 units of free electricity per month for one crore families. "It will enable them to generate electricity for themselves as well as generate income from the surplus electricity," he stated.
