Amit Shah : J&K has accepted changes effected after abrogation of Article 370

SRINAGAR: J&K has accepted the changes effected after the abrogation of the provisions of Article 370 of the Constitution in August 2019, HM Amit Shah said here on Friday.Additionally, he said that individuals who are just familiar with the past 40 years of Kashmir’s history saw it as a disputed region. Addressing the “Vitasta Cultural Festival” here, Shah stated that “Jammu and Kashmir has accepted the changes after the abrogation of Article 370.” “Some people believe that Kashmir is a contested territory because they only know the last 30 to 40 years of its history.It has previously experienced numerous conflicts. Vitasta is being celebrated in the same Kashmir, he continued. According to Shah, the festival would feature 1,500 artists from Jammu and Kashmir as well as 150 performers from abroad., “There will be a cultural exchange,” The home minister further claimed that individuals who brought weapons to Kashmir were not kind to the locals.
