JAMMU, Jan 6: In the Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir, an SUV carrying a couple and their three-month-old child went off the road and into a 400-foot-deep ravine on Saturday, according to police. According to them, one person was seriously hurt in the incident. According to Station House Officer Suman Singh of Chassana, three people were killed and one injured when a Bolero Camper travelling from Tulli to Chassana fell into the gorge near the Zero Point at around 12:45 p.m. According to him, the car was reduced to a twisted pile of metal, and recovering the bodies proved to be difficult for the rescuers.According to Singh, the deceased have been identified as Zahid Ahmad (27), a resident of Mahore’s Balmatkote village, his wife Sayra Akhter (26), and their three-month-old child. Mahore’s Deval village resident Irfan Ahmad sustained injuries. The SHO stated that he has been admitted to a hospital and that his condition is critical.
