SRINAGAR: On Thursday, 17202 yatries paid their respects at the Shri Amarnathji Holy Cave, bringing the overall number of pilgrims till the 7th day of the yatra to 84768.There were 490 youngsters, 192 sadhus, 17 sadvis, 12408 men, 4095 women, and 4095 children among the pilgrims who visited Holy Cave. With every day that goes by, the number of yatries increases, making it one of the most prosperous yatries in the nation. The Integrated Command & Control Centre (ICCC) in HMT, which has been used for Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra from 2022, is in charge of overseeing the whole yatra. To remotely and in real time monitor Yatra, ICCC, HMT is being integrated with RFID.To meet the needs of yatries, all departments monitor this location and use it to communicate with their workers who are out in the field. The use of information and communication technology in unusual situations, such as disaster mitigation, is assisted by the ICCC. According to a representative of the ICCC, the organisation has integrated RFID technology, which is a form of pure data science that facilitates effective crowd control management, traceability, and management while also ensuring real-time coordination amongst all stakeholders. He continued by saying that the simulation models and data analysis are useful for planning ahead and mitigating disasters.
