SRINAGAR: Aarif Maqbool, the provincial secretary for the Democratic Progressive Azad Party, led a group that visited LG Sinha at Raj Bhavan.Earlier, the Lt. Governor was visited by Arjumand Makhdoomi, the founder and president of the Chotay Taray Foundation, and by Advocate Asrar Ali, an executive member, who briefed him on how their organisation operates.
