JAMMU: On Sunday, the first day of Navratri, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh president Mohan Bhagwat performed prayers at the Bawe Wali shrine nearby. He is in Jammu for three days. Later on in the day, he is due to speak to RSS members in the Kathua district. The RSS leader entered the goddess Kali temple in the Bahu Fort region in the morning and made devotion to the shrine amidst heavy security. He offered his congratulations to Jammu’s residents on the occasion of Navratri.
