SRINAGAR: LG Sinha on Saturday visited Nunwan Base Camp and Chandanwari to review arrangements for ongoing Amarnath pilgrimage.Pilgrims from all over the country and overseas are now the Brand Ambassadors of J&K, LG Manoj Sinha stated on the microblogging website Twitter. The residents’ livelihood is derived from the commercial activities connected with spiritual pilgrimage, which also increase tourism to the UT. “I am extremely proud of the entire team, Shrine Board, JKP, CAPFs, Army, BRO, NDRF, SDRF, Mountain Rescue Teams, services providers, and citizens for commendable work & ensuring smooth conduct of Yatra,” Sinha remarked, expressing his delight with the ongoing Yatra’s efficient operation. We will conquer any upcoming problems via our unity, resolve, and preparation.”During my visit to Nunwan Base Camp today, I spoke with pilgrims and looked through the queue management plans. discussed the steps taken to provide Yatris with a pleasant place to stay, food, healthcare, connectivity, sanitization, water, and other amenities in the event of terrible weather,” said Sinha.
