JAMMU, Jul 12 : A Police official said that a car carrying Amarnath pilgrims hit a road divider in Udhampur district on Wednesday, leaving five people injured.Around 6.15 am, the driver of the pilgrims’ car lost control and slammed into the road divider at Samroli along the Jammu-Srinagar national highway. The pilgrims were travelling from Uttar Pradesh to the Baltal base camp in the Ganderbal district.The official reported that the injured pilgrims and the vehicle’s driver had been taken to a hospital and described as having “stable” conditions.
