NAGALAND: For the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, anyone wishing to ride Rahul Gandhi’s “Mohabbat ki Dukaan” bus must obtain a “special ticket,” which has an image of the former Congress president dressed as his yatra avatar. The ‘ticket’ features a walking Gandhi in a T-shirt and trousers, signed by Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh. Posing with the ticket, Ramesh remarked in a post in Hindi on X, “This is the ticket for the ‘Mohabbat Ki Dukaan’ bus in which Rahul Gandhi is travelling in the Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra.“Those who want to meet and talk to Rahul Gandhi in this journey of justice against the injustice of the last 10 years, have been given such tickets and called in the bus,” he stated. Gandhi is travelling in a specially designed Volvo bus equipped with a hydraulic lift that allows the leader to address the assembly from above the bus. ‘Mohabbat ki Dukaan’ is printed on the bus, which Congress leaders are referring to as ‘Mohabbat Ki Dukaan on wheels.’ During the Kanyakumari to Kashmir Bharat Jodo Yatra, Gandhi coined the phrase “Mohabbat Ki Dukaan” and declared that he was opening a “shop for spreading love” in “Nafrat ka Bazaar,” or “market of hate.” Along with his party comrades, Gandhi landed in Khuzama village in Kohima district, which borders Manipur, on Monday evening, leading the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra to Nagaland. The march, which will take place primarily by bus but also on foot over 6,713 miles through 100 Lok Sabha constituencies in 15 states, will come to an end on March 20 or 21 in Mumbai.
