SRINAGAR: On Thursday, prominent party leaders from Kashmir province met with Tarun Chugh, the BJP’s national general secretary and in-charge of J&K, to discuss preparations for the impending Lok Sabha elections. In order to support Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s goal of building a BJP administration at the Centre with a larger majority than the last elections, the meeting’s leaders pledged to exert all of their effort into the elections. The “Viksit Bharat Ambassadors campaign” programme, which is now being implemented throughout Kashmir, was also thoroughly discussed during the meeting, and Chugh reviewed its progress as well.
