SRINAGAR: While Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, recorded the coldest night of the season at minus 2.0 degrees Celsius, the minimum temperature in Kashmir has further dropped. According to the information at hand, Kashmir’s nighttime temperature has continued to drop. The coldest night of the season was recorded in several locations in Kashmir, including Srinagar, Qazigund, Ganderbal, Pahalgam, Kupwara, Shopian, Bandipora, and Baramulla. A minimum temperature of minus 2.2 degrees Celsius was recorded in Gulmarg, while minus 2.0 degrees Celsius was recorded in Qazigund. Kupwara in north Kashmir recorded a minimum temperature of minus 2.7 degrees Celsius, while Pahalgam, a well-known tourist destination, recorded a low of minus 5.1 degrees Celsius.
