JAMMU:Devender Singh Rana, a senior BJP leader, described the foundation-laying ceremony for the Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Board Yatri Niwas and Disaster Management Centre on the outskirts of Temple City as well as the grand opening of Venkateswara Swamy Vaari Temple in the coming two days as two significant milestones for enhancing Jammu‘s spiritual grandeur.He said that Jammu, the city of temples, was becoming a major destination for Indian pilgrims. At the Venkateswara Swamy Vaari Temple, weeklong Maha Samprokshana rites are currently taking place. The distribution of prasadam, Punyhavchana, Agni Prathista, Kumbhasthapana, Kumbaaradhana, Visheshta Homam, and Harathi are a few of them. The temple will formally open on June 8.
