Chandigarh, Sep 21: On Thursday, according to official sources, the Punjab Police conducted raids at a number of locations to apprehend criminals connected to notorious mobster Goldy Brar. All of the state’s districts are participating in the special operation, which began at around 7 am. The sources claimed that many police teams made up of top officers are involved in the operation. The primary suspect in the murder of singer Sidhu Moosewala was Goldy Brar. On May 29 of last year, Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, also known as Sidhu Moosewala, was shot and killed in Mansa district. Originally from Sri Muktsar Sahib in Punjab, Satinderjeet Singh alias Goldy Brar entered Canada in 2017 on a student visa. He participates actively in the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. (Agencies)
