New Delhi, Dec 3: Following trends that gave the BJP an advantage in three states’ assembly elections, the party announced on Sunday that voters had rejected the false promises made by the Congress and embraced Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. According to polls, people believe Prime Minister Modi’s “guarantee of delivering on guarantees,” according to Union minister and Rajasthan election chief for the BJP Pralhad Joshi. In opposition to the Congress‘ platform of welfare assurances, the BJP has been promoting “Modi’s guarantee.” Joshi stated that the selection of the new chief minister of Rajasthan will take place “very soon and smoothly.”Arjun Ram Meghwal, a Union minister and BJP politician from Rajasthan, claimed that Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s “magic” had failed in the arid state. Regarding the vote results in Telangana, where the Congress was expected to win, Joshi stated that the BJP has to expand further in the state because the party benefited from the anti-incumbency campaign against the BRS. Joshi, the Union cabinet’s portfolio holder for Parliamentary Affairs, warned that the opposition would suffer worse outcomes than what has happened so far if it interferes with Parliament’s next Winter session, which begins on Monday.
