ISRO Successfully Conducts Test Vehicle Mission Ahead Of Human Space Flight Programme

New Delhi, Oct 21: Union Home Minister Amit Shah stated on Saturday that there has been a 65% decrease in terrorist, left-wing extremist, and insurgency occurrences in the Northeast. The 45-second video shows a cricket fan at M Chinnaswamy Stadium disputing with a policeman about why he isn't allowed to support his team, Pakistan, who is playing Australia. "It is certain that the power transfer from Ladakh will positively impact the entire Kashmir valley, improving power availability round the year, especially during power deficit winter months," he stated. According to him, the power situation in the Jammu region would also improve because there will be a proportionate decrease in the amount of power sent to Kashmir from the 400kV Kishanpur and Jatwal central sector grids located in Jammu. "This reduction will free up tied capacity at these grids, thereby improving availability in Jammu throughout the year," he stated. "The power supply from the said BESS-supported renewable energy generator, located near Kashmir, will mitigate the low voltage conditions experienced during winters in the valley due to the decrease in hydro generation," he stated. The project is expected to cost Rs 20,773.70 crore in total and be operational by the 2029–2030 fiscal year. The Central government would provide Rs 8309.48 crore, or 40% of the project's total cost, in financial aid. Key accused in narco-terror case nabbed by SIA from HP

JAMMU: The State Investigation Agency (SIA) has detained a major suspect in a case involving the cross-border smuggling of weapons, explosives, and drugs into Poonch from the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. He is recognised as Mohammad Iqbal son of Slam Din, a resident of the Poonch district village of Karmara. Since the arrest of three of his associates, who were found with an enormous cache of weapons, explosives, and drugs close to the border fence in the Karmara district of Poonch on the intervening night of May 30 and 31, he has been evading capture, according to officials.The SIA team discovered after conducting investigations that one Muhammad Iqbal had left the location. SRINAGAR: Authorities in the Pulwama district of south Kashmir stated today that they had attached the immovable property of a terrorist who was escaping from Noorpora hamlet in Awantipora on Friday as part of their ongoing campaign against terror groups. Dr. Karan Singh : Political link between public and administration missing in J&K

JAMMU: Veteran Congress leader Karan Singh claimed on Friday that elections are the only way to restore the vital connection that Jammu and Kashmir's people have with their government. NEW DELHI, Oct 19: Governor of the Reserve Bank of India Shaktikanta Das said on Friday that only Rs 10,000 crore worth of notes with a value of Rs 2,000 are still in circulation. He gave off the impression that these notes will also be put back or returned. There are barely 10,000 crore remaining in the system as Rs 2,000 notes start to return. Bank branches stopped offering exchange and deposit services on October 7. At 19 Reserve Bank of India sites, people have the option of exchanging the currency or having the equivalent amount credited to their bank accounts as of October 8. Up to a total of Rs 20,000 can be exchanged by individuals or organisations at any of the 19 RBI offices for Rs 2,000 in bank notes. Nonetheless, the total amount that can be credited to bank accounts in the form of Rs 2,000 notes is unlimited.
