Jammu, Oct 14: Today, Er. Gulam Ali Khatana, a member of the Rajya Sabha, met with Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at the Raj Bhawan to discuss a number of matters of general interest. Later, Dr. Abu Adil, Director of the Kelley Foundation, visited the Lt. Governor and gave him a briefing on the initiatives his organisation is taking to raise awareness of the critical problems with water management systems. He also sent the Lt. Governor a copy of his book that describes the issues with contaminated and scarce water in the area.
