SRINAGAR: Five per cent voter turnout was recorded till 9 am in Srinagar parliamentary constituency where polling began at 7 am today, officials said. Giving details, a spokesman of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), said that Chadoora in Budgam district recorded the highest 9.62 % turnout while Habba Kadal recorded lowest 2.1%. Khanyar in Srinagar district hasn’t recorded any polling yet.
