BHUBANESWAR: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha paid a visit to the Bhubaneswar-based Skill Development Institute. Through his interactions with authorities, students, and trainers, the Lieutenant Governor gained knowledge regarding advanced skill training for both Indian and global demands, as well as the operation of Centres of Excellence in collaboration with top industry players. The Lieutenant Governor stated that we have a unique chance to assume the lead in reskilling, upskilling, and skilling in order to elevate the trajectory of economic growth to new heights. He talked about the industry-aligned courses offered in a variety of fields, including manufacturing, Internet of Things, IT, ITeS, construction, and mechanical.“It is our mission to transform India into a developed nation and industry-aligned courses will ensure self-reliance in critical technologies and it will boost up the employment potential,” the Lieutenant Governor of India stated. Under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas’ auspices, Oil PSUs have launched the charitable Skill Development Institute in Bhubaneswar.
