JAMMU: In a significant development, the District Administration Jammu and district Police have found over 300 bogus registration permits for the Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra for the year 2023.The FIR has already been filed on this matter, and a Police investigation is also ongoing, according to Deputy Commissioner Jammu Avny Lavasa, who provided additional details about the problems. She further suggested that visitors register exclusively through the Shri Amarnath Shrine Boards’ official website or at the counters placed specifically for that purpose. In order to avoid any type of trouble during the holy yatra, the Deputy Commissioner further asked the pilgrims to double check their registration permits.
