NEW DELHI, Dec 29: Hafiz Saeed, the founder of Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT), is wanted in India for a number of terror attacks, including the 2008 Mumbai attacks. India has requested that Pakistan extradite Saeed. According to Arindam Bagchi, a spokesman for the External Affairs Ministry, Islamabad recently received the request for the terrorist’s extradition along with a few supporting documents. In response to a question during his weekly media briefing, Bagchi stated that an extradition request had recently been sent. Saeed is a terrorist that the UN has banned.
