NEW DELHI: On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that his administration is sincerely working to create laws in as many Indian languages as possible and in a straightforward manner. He declared at the opening of the International Lawyers’ Conference that the justice system is greatly influenced by the language used to draw legislation and in the judicial system. We in the Indian government believe that there are two methods to create law. He told the group of lawyers in the audience, “One draught will be in the language you are familiar to. The second draught will be written in a language that the average person in the nation can understand. He ought to regard the law as his own.According to Modi, it used to be customary to write legislation in a convoluted manner. He praised the legal community and stated that the judiciary and the Bar have long protected India’s justice system and were crucial to India’s independence. The prime minister claimed that famous lawyers like Mahatma Gandhi , B. R. Ambedkar, Jawaharlal Nehru, and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel practised law. He noted that the meeting is taking place at a time when India has experienced multiple significant events. He remarked that the approval of the women’s reservation bill in Parliament will provide women-led growth fresh direction and vigour. He also discussed the success of the Chandrayaan mission at the G20 Summit.India needs a solid and fair judicial system as its foundation as it strives to become a developed nation by 2047, he said. According to Modi, the world’s increasing faith in India is largely due to impartial justice.
