AMMU, Feb 25: Due to a slope towards Pathankot, a goods train that had been stopped at Kathua Station unexpectedly began to move again without the driver. The train in Mukerian, Punjab, was stopped close to Ucchi Bassi. The Divisional Traffic Manager of Jammu announced that an investigation into the matter had begun. The train apparently travelled 80 kilometres at a very fast speed without drivers. In response to the incident, a social media user expressed concern about it, stating that it presented issues with railway safety procedures and the necessity of in-depth investigations to stop similar incidents from happening in the future.
