SRINAGAR: On October 3, the president of the National Conference (NC), Farooq Abdullah, has summoned a conference of the opposition parties in Jammu and Kashmir to address the political climate in the union territory. According to CPI(M) leader M Y Tarigami, an invitation to the conference, which Abdullah would preside over, has been given to the heads of all opposition parties. He stated, “Leaders of opposition parties are set to meet on October 3, 2023 at 2:30 pm at Dr. Farooq Abdullah’s Jammu residence to discuss the political situation.
