SRINAGAR, Aug 5: An earthquake of magnitude 5.2 on the Richter scale jolted J&K’s Gulmarg on Saturday, the National Center for Seismology (NCS) reported.The earthquake struck at roughly 8:36 am, with a depth of 129 km.
The epicentre was located at Latitude 35.46 and Longitude 73.32, respectively, according to NCS.
The NCS tweeted about an earthquake that occurred on August 5, 2023, at 8:36:01 IST, at coordinates 35.46 and 73.32, with a depth of 129 kilometres and a location of 184 kilometres NNW of Gulmarg, Jammu and Kashmir.
There were no reports of injuries or property damage.
