AYODHYA: Thousands of worshippers gathered on Saturday at the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya in hopes of finding comfort in prayer and receiving the heavenly darshan of Lord Ram. Long lineups of people were observed hoping to see the deity. Weeks after attending its grand inauguration with son Abhishek Bachchan, megastar Amitabh Bachchan visited the Ram Temple in Ayodhya on Friday morning and offered prayers to Ram Lalla. Several pictures and videos from his most recent visit appeared online. According to the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister’s office, they were the first political delegation from Arunachal Pradesh to have the darshan and devotion of Ram Lalla following Lord Ram Lalla’s “Pran Pratishtha.” On January 22, Prime Minister Narendra Modi performed the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ of Shri Ram Lalla at the ancient temple in Ayodhya, escorted by a cadre of priests.
