Jhabua, Feb 11: On Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that the opposition Congress only remembers villages, the underprivileged, and farmers during elections, whereas his government is dedicated to the welfare of tribal people. He was speaking at a public gathering of the Jhabua area of Madhya Pradesh’s tribal tribe. This is Prime Minister Modi’s first trip to the state of this year; the Lok Sabha elections are scheduled for a few months from now. He declared, “We launched a campaign against sickle cell anaemia for the health of tribal people, not for votes.” “Only during elections does the Congress remember villages, the impoverished, and farmers,” he declared.The PM stated that the Congress’s motto is “loot and divide” and that the party was aware of their impending defeat and was using desperate measures. According to him, even the opposition leaders in Parliament are now criticising the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) by stating, “Abki baar 400 paar.” In the Lok Sabha elections, the BJP’s “lotus” symbol, according to PM Modi, would win more than 370 seats. As your sevak, I have come to Jhabua, not to campaign for the Lok Sabha elections, the prime minister declared.“In Madhya Pradesh, our government with two engines is operating at double speed,” he declared. In order for the BJP to win 370 Lok Sabha seats, PM Modi urged people to make sure that an extra 370 votes were cast in each booth compared to the previous elections.
