JAMMU: The grandson of the last Dogra ruler, Maharaja Hari Singh, BJP leader Ajatshatru Singh, said on Saturday that people from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) will hold a conference in Geneva in March to highlight their plight. On his return from London, where he celebrated Jammu and Kashmir's accession day as a special invitee to the UK Parliament's House of Commons on October 26, he told reporters that he met a large number of people from PoK. Ajatshatru Singh stated that the PoK delegates he met in London were mostly "living on foreign soil" and were optimistic about the upcoming conference's outcome."They (people from PoK) are holding a major conference in March in Geneva, where the UN office is located, to inform the world community about their sufferings...," he went on to say. “Teen Tigaada-Kaam Bigaada”: Shah takes swipe at Congress in poll-bound MP

Dhar (Madhya Pradesh): Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched a stinging attack on the Congress in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh on Saturday, saying the grand old party will impose a 'Teen Tigaada-Kaam Bigaada' (too many cooks playing spoiler) government on the people if elected. On Saturday, Shah told a rally in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, "Theirs would be a 'Teen-Tigada, Kaam Bigada' government." The Gandhi family will issue the orders, (Congress state president) Kamal Nath will issue the instructions, and Digvijay Singh will be made the fall guy. When the Congress ruled the country and the states, particularly under (former Prime Minister) Manmohan Singh, who took his orders from Sonia Gandhi, Pakistan inflicted severe damage on the country by unleashing terror on unarmed civilians whenever they pleased. Terrorists from across the border struck again in Uri and Pulwama (in Jammu and Kashmir) shortly after we formed the government (in 2014). However, this time, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, we crossed into Pakistan and attacked them in their own backyard." Also accusing the Congress of putting the family's interests ahead of those of the country and the party, the BJP stalwart stated that Sonia wants Rahul Gandhi to be Prime Minister in 2024. "In order to secure the country's borders and root out terror from across the border, Modi-ji must be reinstated as Prime Minister." The Congress is a family-oriented political party. "Kamal Nath wants to make Nakul Nath the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, and Sonia Gandhi wants to make Rahul the Prime Minister," Shah added. Also accusing the grand old party of putting the proposed Ram Temple in Ayodhya on hold, Shah stated that if re-elected, the BJP will take everyone in the state on a turn-by-turn tour of the shrine. "This year, Madhya Pradesh is planning to celebrate Diwali three times." The first will be celebrated tomorrow, the second on December 3, after the BJP forms the government here, and the third on January 22, when the Ram Temple in Ayodhya is consecrated and Ram Lalla ascends to the throne. During their tenure, Congress put the Ram Temple project on ice. The temple is now nearing completion, and Modi-ji plans to open it to devotees next year. "Once we regain power here, we will arrange for everyone to visit Ayodhya," he said. Invoking the repeal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, which stripped the state of its special privileges, Shah stated, "When I stood up to table the Kashmir Bill in Parliament, Rahul Baba said, 'don't remove Article 37 as it will spark nationwide uproar." In Kashmir today, no one dares to even light a fire. Modi-ji worked to protect the country from infiltration. The NIA recently conducted raids to prevent Rohingyas from illegally settling in India. PFI (People's Front of India) was also banned under Modi-ji's leadership. In addition, by repealing Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, the Valley became ours for good."The Union Home Minister also credited PM Modi with reviving cultural centres that had fallen into disuse under previous regimes at the Centre, saying, "While Modi-ji took the lead in reviving several cultural centres in the country, the Congress opposed naming a Metro (network) after Raja Bhoj." We are also building a Sant Ravidas temple in Sagar." [caption id="attachment_5438" align="alignnone" width="300"] "Teen Tigaada-Kaam Bigaada": Shah takes…

PM Has Stopped Infiltrators, Abrogated Article 370 In J&K : Shah

Dhar (MP), Nov 11: Union Home Minister Amit Shah said on Saturday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government has the courage to stop infiltrators in the country, which the Congress and leaders of the opposition bloc INDIA cannot do. Modi ji has completed the task of preventing infiltrators from entering the country, which Congress and INDIA bloc leaders cannot do. Whether infiltrators should be stopped or not, he asked during a public meeting in Manawar, Madhya Pradesh's Dhar district, ahead of the November 17 assembly elections. Time to usher back era of people-centric governance across India: Rahul

NEW DELHI : Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said on Saturday that it is time to return to an era of people-centered governance in India, claiming that the BRS government is "incapable" of meeting the needs of the people of Telangana. Gandhi also posted a video on his YouTube channel from a recent visit to the home of the family of a farmer who committed suicide in Telangana in 2020. The former Congress chief emphasised the party's guarantees in Telangana in his post, saying they are intended to provide a minimum floor to the people of the state. "As Mahatma Gandhi once said, the most important voice is the last one in queue." Kummari Chandrayya's voice was one such example.And the 'Dorala' BRS government let him down. He was a Telangana small farmer struggling to make ends meet and burdened by debt. "He died by suicide, leaving behind his loving family," Gandhi said, sharing a video of his visit to the farmer's family. "Had he received government assistance at the appropriate time, he would still be alive and among his loved ones." "A 'Dorala' government, such as that of the BRS and the BJP, is incapable of meeting the needs of the people of Telangana," the Congress leader claimed. "Would a Congress administration make a difference?" Yes, absolutely!" Gandhi stated.He claimed that the Congress guarantees are a manifestation of the aspirations of crores of such last-in-line voices. "Our Guarantees are intended to provide a bare minimum for our people in Telangana." Kummari Tirupathamma told me that her family is still struggling under the weight of debt. "This will soon change," he predicted. The Congress' 'Prajala government' will give women Mahalakshmi, Rs 2,500 per month, free bus travel and petrol cylinders for Rs 500. According to Rythu Bharosa, the party has also promised farmers Rs 15,000 per year and agri labourers Rs 12,000 per year. "Our current battle is to ensure Nyay, Justice for all of our people." "It is time to usher in a new era of people-centered governance in India," Gandhi declared. Gandhi is seen in the video listening to the family's problems and instructing a local Congress leader to ensure that the soil of the family's infertile land is tested and ownership is transferred to the widow of the deceased farmer who committed suicide. The Congress is attempting to depose the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) government of K Chandrashekhar Rao in Telangana. SC Refuses To Entertain Plea To Frame Guidelines For Regulation Of Trading Of Cryptocurrencies

NEW DELHI, Nov 11:  The Supreme Court has refused to hear a petition asking the Centre and others to develop guidelines for regulating cryptocurrency trading and mining. Cryptocurrencies are digital or virtual currencies based on blockchain technology that operate independently of a central bank. The main reliefs sought in the petition, according to a bench led by Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud, were more in the nature of a legislative direction. The bench, which also included Justices J B Pardiwala and Manoj Misra, noted that while the petition was filed under Article 32 of the Constitution, it was clear that the "real purpose is to seek bail in proceedings which are pending against the petitioner.""We cannot agree with this course of action." The petitioner would be free to petition the appropriate court for regular bail. "In terms of the main reliefs, they are more in the nature of a legislative direction, which the court cannot issue under Article 32 of the Constitution," the bench said in its Friday order. Article 32 addresses the right to constitutional remedies, and 32 (1) grants citizens the right to petition the Supreme Court for the enforcement of their rights. The bench noted that among the reliefs sought in the plea filed by the man from Uttar Pradesh was a direction to prosecute cases involving digital assets/cryptocurrencies."We accordingly dispose of the petition granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies in accordance with law," according to the statement. Sisodia, who is being held in connection with the alleged liquor scam, was granted six hours in jail between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sisodia, accompanied by police officers, arrived at his home on Mathura Road around 10 a.m. in a prison van. The Delhi High Court also granted him permission to meet with his wife Seema, who has multiple sclerosis.He was unable to meet her because she was hospitalised due to a sudden deterioration in her condition. J&K has potential to lead country as Ayurveda hub: LG Sinha

JAMMU: J&K LG Sinha stated on Friday that the region's diverse fauna has the potential to make it a leader in Ayurveda. Sinha made the remark while leading a consecration ceremony at the Government Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital on Jammu's outskirts. During the ceremony, an idol of Bhagwan Dhanvantari was installed in the college. During the Akhnoor event, Sinha stated, "Jammu Kashmir has the potential to lead the country as a wellness and Ayurveda hub." Efforts towards this goal can be greatly aided by startups led by young entrepreneurs and Ayurveda graduates." He claims that J&K is endowed with a diverse range of medicinal and aromatic plants. "We need to run a sustained campaign to make the farmers aware about the huge potential of herbs and medicinal plants so that they can harvest fruits of new green revolution," he said. Sinha stated that integrating Yoga, Ayurveda, and other Indian medical systems into the mainstream of public health requires the "undivided attention" of doctors and other stakeholders. "It is our collective responsibility to promote the best practises of traditional medicine systems and sensitise students, farmers and the public on Ayurveda to build a more resilient and sustainable healthcare ecosystem," he went on to say.
