Dhar (MP), Nov 11: Union Home Minister Amit Shah said on Saturday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government has the courage to stop infiltrators in the country, which the Congress and leaders of the opposition bloc INDIA cannot do. Modi ji has completed the task of preventing infiltrators from entering the country, which Congress and INDIA bloc leaders cannot do. Whether infiltrators should be stopped or not, he asked during a public meeting in Manawar, Madhya Pradesh's Dhar district, ahead of the November 17 assembly elections. Despite Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's claims that it would result in a bloodbath, the Modi government repealed Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, according to Shah. The home minister slammed the Congress for destroying the country's culture, claiming that the Modi government fostered and prevented it. Shah also blamed the state Congress for halting several welfare schemes, including the Teerth Darshan Yojna', while it was in power for 15 months following the 2018 elections.He urged people to vote for the BJP, saying that this year they will celebrate three Diwalis: the first on Sunday, the second on December 3, when the results of the assembly elections will be announced, and the third on January 22, when Lord Ram will be consecrated in Ayodhya. NEW DELHI : Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said on Saturday that it is time to return to an era of people-centered governance in India, claiming that the BRS government is "incapable" of meeting the needs of the people of Telangana. Gandhi also posted a video on his YouTube channel from a recent visit to the home of the family of a farmer who committed suicide in Telangana in 2020. The former Congress chief emphasised the party's guarantees in Telangana in his post, saying they are intended to provide a minimum floor to the people of the state. "As Mahatma Gandhi once said, the most important voice is the last one in queue." Kummari Chandrayya's voice was one such example.And the 'Dorala' BRS government let him down. He was a Telangana small farmer struggling to make ends meet and burdened by debt. "He died by suicide, leaving behind his loving family," Gandhi said, sharing a video of his visit to the farmer's family. "Had he received government assistance at the appropriate time, he would still be alive and among his loved ones." SC Refuses To Entertain Plea To Frame Guidelines For Regulation Of Trading Of Cryptocurrencies

NEW DELHI, Nov 11: The Supreme Court has refused to hear a petition asking the Centre and others to develop guidelines for regulating cryptocurrency trading and mining. Cryptocurrencies are digital or virtual currencies based on blockchain technology that operate independently of a central bank. The main reliefs sought in the petition, according to a bench led by Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud, were more in the nature of a legislative direction. The bench, which also included Justices J B Pardiwala and Manoj Misra, noted that while the petition was filed under Article 32 of the Constitution, it was clear that the "real purpose is to seek bail in proceedings which are pending against the petitioner.""We cannot agree with this course of action." The petitioner would be free to petition the appropriate court for regular bail. "In terms of the main reliefs, they are more in the nature of a legislative direction, which the court cannot issue under Article 32 of the Constitution," the bench said in its Friday order. Article 32 addresses the right to constitutional remedies, and 32 (1) grants citizens the right to petition the Supreme Court for the enforcement of their rights. The bench noted that among the reliefs sought in the plea filed by the man from Uttar Pradesh was a direction to prosecute cases involving digital assets/cryptocurrencies."We accordingly dispose of the petition granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies in accordance with law," according to the statement. Sisodia reaches home from Tihar Jail to meet ailing wife

NEW DELHI: After obtaining permission from a city court, former Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia arrived at his residence here on Saturday from Tihar Jail to see his ailing wife. Sisodia, who is being held in connection with the alleged liquor scam, was granted six hours in jail between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sisodia, accompanied by police officers, arrived at his home on Mathura Road around 10 a.m. in a prison van. The Delhi High Court also granted him permission to meet with his wife Seema, who has multiple sclerosis.He was unable to meet her because she was hospitalised due to a sudden deterioration in her condition. While allowing Sisodia to meet his wife, the court ordered him not to speak to the media or engage in any political activity. Before his arrest by the CBI in February, Sisodia was a senior AAP leader who served as deputy chief minister as well as holding various portfolios, including the Excise Department, in the Arvind Kejriwal government. After being arrested, he resigned as deputy CM and minister of various departments, but his family continued to live at his then-official residence on Mathura Road, which he shared with Education Minister Atishi. The Supreme Court recently denied Sisodia's bail application in the case. J&K has potential to lead country as Ayurveda hub: LG Sinha

JAMMU: J&K LG Sinha stated on Friday that the region's diverse fauna has the potential to make it a leader in Ayurveda. Sinha made the remark while leading a consecration ceremony at the Government Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital on Jammu's outskirts. During the ceremony, an idol of Bhagwan Dhanvantari was installed in the college. During the Akhnoor event, Sinha stated, "Jammu Kashmir has the potential to lead the country as a wellness and Ayurveda hub." Efforts towards this goal can be greatly aided by startups led by young entrepreneurs and Ayurveda graduates." He claims that J&K is endowed with a diverse range of medicinal and aromatic plants. "We need to run a sustained campaign to make the farmers aware about the huge potential of herbs and medicinal plants so that they can harvest fruits of new green revolution," he said. Sinha stated that integrating Yoga, Ayurveda, and other Indian medical systems into the mainstream of public health requires the "undivided attention" of doctors and other stakeholders. "It is our collective responsibility to promote the best practises of traditional medicine systems and sensitise students, farmers and the public on Ayurveda to build a more resilient and sustainable healthcare ecosystem," he went on to say. JAMMU: The 7th UT Level Apex Committee meeting of NCORD was headed by Chief Secretary Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta, who also conducted a thorough evaluation of all the ongoing efforts being made in Jammu and Kashmir to address the drug problem. ACS Home, Administrative Secretaries GAD, Forest, PWD, DG prosecution, and top officers NCORD were present at the meeting; deputy commissioners participated virtually. In her talk to the police, Dr. Mehta stressed the need of helping people who have become victims of drug misuse to lead normal lives by offering them support and assistance.He prioritised the rehabilitation of people impacted by the drug war while also directing continual monitoring in that regard. He said that Nasha Mukt J&K is a crucial component of B2V and that every Panchayat member should swear to end the threat. In order to guarantee the prompt resolution of NDPS cases, the Chief Secretary ordered during the meeting the creation of special NDPS fast-track courts in a minimum of five districts. Dr. Mehta emphasised how critical it is to educate the people about the risks associated with drug usage. Additionally, he asked police to keep up their collaboration and synergy across various wings and departments in order to eradicate drug-related activities in the Union Territory altogether. In order to do this, Dr. Mehta emphasised the necessity of creating a strong feedback system and strengthening the capacity of law enforcement personnel engaged in drug-related operations. JAMMU: Jammu& Kashmir The government's objective, according to Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday, is to guarantee every person a higher level of life and a social security net.
