MUMBAI: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh stated on Tuesday that the Indian government has taken the recent attacks on the merchant navy ships MV Chem Pluto and MV Sai Baba seriously and will take strict action against those responsible, even if they are located in the "depths of seas." Following the recent attacks on merchant navy ships, Singh stated that India has increased sea patrols following the commissioning of the stealth guided missile destroyer INS Imphal. The drone attacks on the MV Saibaba and MV Chem Pluto in the Red Sea have been taken seriously by the Indian government.Even from the depths of the ocean, we will track down and punish those responsible for the recent attacks on merchant navy ships, Singh vowed. After a drone struck the MV Chem Pluto, which had 21 Indian crew members on board, on Saturday approximately 217 nautical miles off the coast of Porbandar, the Indian Coast Guard and Navy sent out several resources to help the ship. Uddham Singh went into the hallway, concealed a handgun inside a book, and shot O'Dwyer. On April 1, 1940, he was formally charged with the murder. JAMMU: On December 27, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is expected to travel to Jammu and Kashmir to assess the security situation. He will spend a day meeting with senior Army officers at 16 Corps, which is stationed in the districts of Rajouri and Poonch along the Line of Control (LoC), where Pakistan has resurrected terrorism following two decades of peace. INDORE, Dec 25: The respect and empowerment of the underprivileged and impoverished segments of society is the government's top priority, according to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday. He added that during the BJP's "double-engine" government (at the centre and in Madhya Pradesh), thousands of crores of rupees had been invested in the area around Indore. Modi stated this will result in thousands of job opportunities while speaking via video link at a programme held to distribute debts totaling Rs 224 crore that belonged to employees of the Hukumchand Mill in the city of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
