Explanation called from officials for attending NC meet in Rajouri

RAJOURI: About twenty government employees who attended the meeting of National Conference leader and former Minister Mian Altaf on February 23 in the Rajouri district hamlet of Kheora have been summoned by the district administration to explain their attendance. According to reports, the meeting took place at a police head constable's house. A few individuals had recorded the meeting on camera and sent it to the management. Subsequently, it was discovered that approximately twenty government representatives, comprising engineers, police officers, and other authorities, had participated in the Mian Altaf conference. "On the basis of the response to be provided by the Government officials in their explanation, additional action against the officials will be taken," the officials declared. In the meanwhile, a circular from the district administration instructs all officials to abstain from all political activity.
