SRINAGAR: Arun Kumar Mehta, the Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir, claims that since all services are now provided online, there is no longer any prospect of corruption in the Union Territory. He said that different programmes and platforms have increased system transparency and prevented any funds from being fraudulently taken out of the public coffers. "We have made the decision to make all services available online. The goal is to establish a setting free from corruption. In the past, it was claimed that less than 10 paise of every rupee would reach the ground. After introducing the 'Bhrashtachar Mukt J&K' campaign here, the officer told reporters that today a system had been established where the complete rupee reached the ground.
