Jammu administration demolishes illegally built banquet hall in Khour

JAMMU: The illegally built banquet hall in Tehsil Khour's Marchangi village was demolished today by the District Administration Jammu, demonstrating their steadfast commitment to combating encroachment and norm violations. The landowner had been mistakenly awarded ownership of State property—which was actually named Gair Mumkin Choi—instead of the rightful parcel of property he had bought. The banquet hall was determined to be in violation of regulations since it was constructed without the required building permits and land use authorization. After careful delineation by the government, the owner was then given ownership of the land that was officially registered as his.The people in charge of this unlawful transaction and the transfer of land possession are the targets of legal action. Assuring prompt punishment against those who defy the law, District Magistrate Sachin Kumar Vaishya has continuously underlined a stern approach against any and all infractions. Tehsildar Khour Monika Sharma and SDM Khour Satish Sharma were present during the demolition drive.   [caption id="attachment_11946" align="alignnone" width="300"] Jammu administration demolishes illegally built banquet hall in Khour[/caption]
